Coaching Program or Private Lesson Cancellation & Cancellation Fee
We require a minimum of 72 hours notice of cancellation from the program or lesson start time for a full refund. There is no refund for a cancellation that is fewer than 72 hours for any of our Coaching Programs or Private Lessons.
Cancelled Booking are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. For the initial booking we pay a 3% credit card processing fee and then for the refund as a company we are charged another 3% processing fee, which comes to a total of 6% that will be charged to the customer upon cancellation.
