What's included?

1x 60 minute group class per week, plus
2x weekly online workouts.

The online workouts are delivered through my online software and can be completed in your own time to complement your training in the group class. These online workouts change throughout the season to support your needs as a rider.

My goal is to empower my clients, to teach you the skills to make this a lifestyle change that you feel confident to maintain in the years to come. So that one day you have the confidence to walk into a gym and do your own training thats right for your body. Providing you with the tools and experience you need to make the gym an enjoyable place to be.

I wish I could sit here and tell you that strength and fitness goals have a quick fix. But they really don't. Strength & Fitness Training is a lifelong commitment and I am here to help you build this time sustainably into your schedule, to make it a priority so that you feel stronger and fitter for life, as well as in the outdoors.

Talk to any one of my clients and they well tell you that I care, so very much about you reaching your goals, whatever they may be. I am empathetic, we all have our bad days- we are only human. My sessions offer the support and motivation you need to concentrate on you and where you want to be no matter what you have got going on.
Accountability
In order to feel and perform better you need to be held accountable and to be kept on track. Life happens sometimes we all understand that. But I will be there to help you get back on track and make sure you attend and get the most out of our sessions together as well as giving you 'homework' to enforce those lifestyle changes.
