You are out riding bikes as much as possible because the summer season has arrived, smiles all round! During this time it is really important that you maintain the strength that you worked hard to build up in the winter/ off-season months. As well as treating those muscles to some mobility work to make sure you don't lose any of that range of movement or increase your risk of injury. Little and often is the key to achieving this while maximizing bike time. This program mainly consists of four short 30-45 minute sessions that will assist you in doing this while you enjoy riding your bike! This one can be Home or Gym based.
